Mary McCormack

Mary McCormack is an American actress known for her leading parts in the TV series 'Murder One", 'The Western Wing', 'In Plain Sight' and "Loaded". She is also popular for her film roles in Private Parts', 'Deep Impact', 'True Criminal' and '1408'. McCormack was the child of a medical therapy therapist and the owner of an ice cream business. McCormack comes from a non-entertainment background. McCormack was a student at Wardlaw-Hartridge School and, following the divorce of her parents in 1990, she went to Trinity College in Hartford in Connecticut. She completed the Bachelor of Arts program in art and comparative studies. The career of the actress began at the tender age of 12 when she starred in an on stage production of a Christmas production titled 'Amahl & The Night Visitor'. The actress continued to perform in the theatre, and eventually landed roles both on large and small screens. McCormack has been hailed as one of the most versatile Hollywood actors.
