Kristen Anne Bell is an American actor and singer born in the year 1980. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier - a nurse as well as Tom Bell - a television director. She's an American actor and singer. Her parents are of Polish descent (mother), and German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen's passion for acting was found at a young age. She was able to land her first role at her audition in Raggedy Ann & Andy. Bell was accepted by her mother as an agent when she was just 13 years old. Then, she was cast for newspaper ads and commercials for TV. In addition, Bell started taking acting lessons privately. Bell had a role that was not credited on Polish Wedding (1998), the film that was released in 1998. Bell was a member of the drama and music club at Shrine Catholic High School. In her school's stage production The Wizard of Oz, Bell was chosen to play Dorothy. Bell attended the Tisch School of the Arts in New York City, where she studied Musical Theatre in New York City. Bell left the university in 2001, and began taking on the role Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. The same year she appeared in Pootie Tang, but the sequence in which she appeared was cut. This meant that the credit sequence is all that exists. Bell made an appearance alongside Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson, and The Crucible Broadway production of The Crucible in 2002.
